Tilaco…voz nahuatl que significa en el agua negra, de donde broto una fe nueva… el sueño franciscano que al ascender por la fachada se pierde en el cielo, y que en esta tierra fue misión evangelizadora. A 250 años de la fundación se esta mision, sociedad civil y gobierno de Querétaro dejan testimonio de gratitud quienes participaron en la gran empresa.

Tilaco ... a Nahuatl word that means in the black water, from which a new faith sprang ... the Franciscan dream that when ascending the facade is lost in the sky, and that in this earth was an evangelizing mission. Now 250 years after the foundation of this mission, civil society and the government of Querétaro, leave to those who participated in the great enterprise a testimony of gratitude.
