1. The Glawe School Marker
Inscription. The Glawe (Glove) School was established in the 1880’s. It was built on Ocqueoc Road in Ocqueoc Township. On land that was donated by Christian Glawe.

The school was in continuous use until 1960. After that it was used for church functions until 1998. It was moved to this location in 1999.

The school is open on weekends from 1 to 4 beginning the last weekend in June and ending the last weekend in August. Free Admission

Glawe one room school house was built in 1885 on Ocqueoc Highway. Grades 1 through 8 were taught here until the 1960's. It was moved to its present location in 1995.
