1. Big Hole Valley Marker
Inscription. Across the valley is the Continental Divide and the beautiful Bitterroot Mountains. The famous Big Hole River winds through the valley that is noted for abundant hay, fine cattle and horses, great hunting and fishing, beautiful scenery and friendly people.

Location. 45° 27.516′ N, 113° 27.498′ W. Marker is in Wisdom, Montana, in Beaverhead County. Marker is on State Highway 278 near Big Lake Creek Road, on the right when traveling south. Touch for map. Marker is in this post office area: Wisdom MT 59761, United States of America.
