2. Soldiers of the American Revolution Marker - - "Wall of Plaques"
At the Old State Capitol in Springfield the term is used "Wall of Plaques" on Lincoln Square. The marker is on the extreem Right. The plaques can be viewed at any time since they are in an open area on the public sidewalk.
