Inscription. Est. 1854 on earlier burial ground site. Buried here are men and woman who helped found and develop the Town of Hoosick.

Marker is on Main Street (County Route 95) 0.1 miles south of Church Street, on the left when traveling north. At entrance of Old Maple Grove, just inside the border for the Village of Hoosick Falls.
