1. The Rost Jewelry Company Building Marker

Inscription. A 1948 Art Deco facade updated the front of a nineteenth-century commercial building located at 25 North Illinois Street for the Rost Jewelry Company. The facade, which features three clocks, is composed of limestone, polished metal, marble and glass block. The building was demolished in 1989 but its facade was dismantled, moved, rebuilt and integrated into Circle Centre.
