Inscription. This Municipal Complex is dedicated in memory of Mayor S. J. "Blue" Guercio III and all the past Mayors, Aldermen, Police Chiefs as well as Town Employee's who gave of themselves for the betterment and progress of the Town of White Castle, since it's incorporation in 1884.

Through their memory, may the spirit, dedication and enthusiasm of volunteer community service, live eternally in the people who walk through these doors.

Erected 1994 by Town of White Castle.
