Inscription.  Glen Sanders house, 1713. Built by Capt. Johannes Glen partly of materials in first Mohawk Valley house built by Alexander Glen, 1655.
 
Erected 1932 by State Education Department.
 
Location. 42° 49.376′ N, 73° 57.532′ W. Marker is in Scotia, New York, in Schenectady County. Marker is at the intersection of Glen Avenue and New York State Route 5, on the right on Glen Avenue.
