Inscription.  1806 Federal home of David (1773-1843) and Maphlet Schauber and their 12 children.
 
Erected by Clifton Park Historical Preservation Committee.
 
Location. 42° 54.379′ N, 73° 51.849′ W. Marker is in Ballston Lake, New York, in Saratoga County. Marker is at the intersection of Ashdown Road and Old Schauber Road, on the left when traveling north on Ashdown Road. Marker is on north side of the triangular intersection at the acute curve in Ashdown Road. Touch for map. Marker is in this post office area: Ballston Lake NY 12019, United States of America.
