Inscription.  In 1958 on this historic site the first motel ever converted from a movie theater and located in a small community was opened

Location. 42° 14.784′ N, 73° 46.945′ W. Marker is in Hudson, New York, in Columbia County. Marker is on Warren Street, on the right when traveling east. Marker is on right as you travel SE towards US 9 on Warren Street. Marker is a few blocks pass the Public Square at 7th Street in front of Rivertown Lodge. Touch for map.
