Museo de Arte Popular
El inmueble, conocido como "Casa Molina" por el apellido de sus últimos propietarios particulares es un palacete de dos plantas con acabados externos de estilo ecléctico académico, almohadillado en tablas eń la planta inferior y paredes lisas en la superior y columnas simuladas estilo jónico, adosadas al muro. La ventana principal de la fachada tiene un balcón abierto con un arco de medio punto con ornamentada herrería. Al interior, además del vestíbulo y la escalera monumental se observan varios detalles decorativos como estucados en las paredes y pisos de mármol o de pasta. Desde el 28 de julio de 2007 alberga al Museo de Arte popular - que ocupó por más de dos décadas el ex convento franciscano de Mejorada - Hoy día, el acervo en exposición es de aproximadamente 600 piezas, de las cuales 150 proceden de la colección Grandes Maestros de Fomento Cultural Banamex. El recinto brinda seis salas de exposición, todas localizadas en la planta alta, y dedicadas a mostrar las piezas más representativas, por su calidad y características, de la artesanía de Yucatán, Oaxaca, Jalsco, Guerrero, Michoacán

Folk Art Museum
It is known as Casa Molina after the surname of its last private owners. It is a small two-story palace with exterior finishes of eclectic Academic style. It hosts the Folk Art Museum since 2007. The exhibited museum collection includes about 600 items, 130 of which come from the 'Great Masters' collection of Fomento Cultural Banamex.
