Después de haber sido modernizado durante el siglo XIX, en años recientes este inmueble fue remodelado y una buena parte de las oficinas administrativas fueron trasladadas a otro espacio llamado “La Casona Díaz de León”. El actual departamento de Turismo también es resultado de una modificación, al nacer en la Administracion Municipal de Profesor Pascual Martínez, ya que anteriormente se encontraba fusionada con otras áreas y era conocida como Departamento de Cultura, Educación, Turismo y Recreación.

Tourism Office
After being upgraded during the nineteenth century, in recent years this building was remodeled and a large portion of the administrative offices were relocated to another area called “La Casona Díaz de León”. The current Tourism Department was created under the Municipal Administration of Professor Pascual Martínez and is the product of a modification, since it used to be merged with other areas and was known as Department of Culture, Education, Tourism and Recreation.
