1. The Market House Plaza Marker
Inscription. In 1917 City Council acted to more than double the size of the Market House by lengthening the structure and adding a full second floor to house social service offices, meeting and rest rooms. In 1985 the former haymarket at the west side of Market Square was converted into a small urban plaza.
