1. Warner Brothers Studio Marker
Inscription. Original home built by Warner Bros. in 1923. The pioneering talking motion picture The Jazz Singer was produced here in 1927 and revolutionized the film industry. This building was certified as a Historic Structure by the United States Department of the Interior in 2002 and is listed in the National Register of Historic Places. Renovated by Tribune Company, 2002.

Regarding Warner Brothers Studio. This was the Executive Office Building of Warner Brothers Studio from 1923 until they moved to their Burbank lot in 1937. The architectural style is Classical Revival. Designated Los Angeles Historic-Cultural Monument No. 180 in 1977. Formerly known as KTLA Studios, Paramount Studios, and Tribune Studios, today it is Sunset Bronson Studios.

5. Sunset Bowling Center
Opened in 1937 at the old executive offices of Warner Brothers Studios, the 52-lane bowling alley was the largest in the world at that time. It operated for ten years.
