1. Frost Hall Marker
Inscription. In 1919, Frost Hall opened. Named for Catherine Frost, the daughter-in-law of the founder of Frostburg, this was the first residence hall and was designated for Women.
 
Erected by Student Government Association, Frostburg State University.
