1. Frampton Hall Marker
Inscription.  In 1965, the Jerome Frampton, Jr., library was completed. This building was named for the President of the State Board of Education.
 
Erected by Student Government Association, Frostburg State University.
 
Location. 39° 39.126′ N, 78° 55.92′ W. Marker is in Frostburg, Maryland, in Allegany County. Marker is on Environmental Drive north of Planetarium Drive, on the left when traveling north.
