Inscription.  
Originally a club in 1914,
Masonic Lodge #1016 was
chartered in 1923. The
Masonic temple was built in
1925 and became a landmark.
 
Erected 2019 by Floral Park Historical Society.
 
Location. 40° 43.588′ N, 73° 42.527′ W. Marker is in Floral Park, New York, in Nassau County. Marker is at the intersection of Tulip Avenue and Carnation Avenue, on the left when traveling west on Tulip Avenue. Touch for map. 2. Masonic Temple and Marker
In 2018 the city contracted with a developer to turn the temple, now known as Centennial Hall, into a residential building, and as of the publication of this page, construction was under way.
