3. Baxter's Brigade Skirmishers - Evening of July 2
Looking west at the upper end Plum Run Valley from the monument location. The 88th and 90th Pennsylvania advanced a skirmish line forward after the repulse of Barksdale's Brigade. The advance was largely uneventful and only briefly mentioned in the official reports.
