The Bunker Hill Monument stands 221 feet tall at Breed's Hill, the site of the first major battle of the American Revolution fought on June 17, 1775.

4. Colonel William Prescott
Colonel William Prescott was the commander of the American troops at the June 1775 battle. This statue of Prescott was dedicated in 1881, and was sculpted by William Wetmore Story.
