memorial is located on the east side of the Lawrence Memorial Park Cemetery. A walkway leads to a large concrete area. In the front, a large mortar has been placed. The base has the GAR star and the VFW cross. No other writing is visible. In the middle, Old Glory flies proudly on a lighted flagpole. At the rear, a stone wall holds up the marble slab with the actual text.
