1. Kingsport Drug Marker
Inscription. This building was constructed in 1915 and housed the City's first drug store. Some of the first physicians in Kingsport kept their offices and practiced medicine on the second floor. The drug store featured one of the first soda fountains in town to sell Coca-Cola. Later on, the building served as a central location for various retail and discount stores. Renovation of the building took place in the early 1990's.
