Location. 40° 46.847′ N, 77° 47.704′ W. Marker is in Boalsburg, Pennsylvania, in Centre County. Marker is on Boal Avenue (U.S. 322) just north of Boalsburg Pike, on the right when traveling east. Touch for map. Located in front of the 28th Division Shrine. Best access from the parking area for the Pennsylvania Military Museum.
