Erected 2006 by Brownstown Historical Society.
 
Location. 42° 5.075′ N, 83° 12.44′ W. Marker is in Gibralter, Michigan, in Wayne County. Marker is on South Gibraltar Road 0.1 miles east of West Jefferson Avenue, on the right when traveling east. Touch for map. This historical marker is located where a local walking trail crosses the South Gibraltar Road, and is situated immediately adjacent to a Michigan Historic Site marker for the Battle of Brownstown. Marker is at or near this postal address: 30786 South Gibraltar Road, Rockwood MI 48173, United States of America.
