Founders of Casa Rio Mexican Restaurant

A true pioneer with the vision
to make our river a better and
more beautiful people's place,
Mr. Beyer opened the first
River Walk business here on
October 4, 1946.
Other riverside establishments
followed his foresight and
leadership.

In grateful appreciation this
1st day of December 1977.
