Location. 42° 39.461′ N, 70° 36.966′ W. Marker is in Rockport, Massachusetts, in Essex County. Marker is at the intersection of Mt. Pleasant Street (Route 127A) and Broadway, on the left when traveling north on Mt. Pleasant Street. Touch for map. Located in a small green known as Harvey Park, across Mt. Pleasant Street from the harbor area. Marker is in this post office area: Rockport MA 01966, United States of America.

2. Harvey Park Marker
born in East Gloucester, Massachusetts. Largely self-taught, he studied in Philadelphia and Holland and thus was influenced by the Hague School of painters. He is known for his landscapes of Cape Ann, Massachusetts.
