Army of the Tennessee.

This regiment reformed here at 11.30 a.m. April 6, 1862 and advanced, fighting, 600 yards. At 2 p.m. It fell back to this place and soon after retired to Savannah Road.
 
Erected by Shiloh National Military Park Commission. (Marker Number 38.)
 
Location. 35° 8.822′ N, 88° 20.885′ W. Marker is near Shiloh, Tennessee, in Hardin County. Marker is at the intersection of Cavalry Road and Sherman Road, on the right when traveling west on Cavalry Road.
