1. Baldwin House Marker
Inscription. Two blocks from here is the home built 1841 by Justice Henry Baldwin. Appointed to United States Supreme Court in 1830. As a member of Congress in 1816 to 1822, he was an early protective tariff advocate.
 
Erected by Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission.
 
Location. 41° 38.779′ N, 80° 8.984′ W. Marker is in Meadville, Pennsylvania, in Crawford County. Marker is at the intersection of Baldwin Street and Mount Hope Street, on the right when traveling north on Baldwin Street. Touch for map.
