This regiment was engaged here at about 10 A.M. April 7, 1862.
 
Erected by Shiloh National Military Park Commission. (Marker Number 93.)
 
Location. 35° 8.876′ N, 88° 20.791′ W. Marker is in Shiloh, Tennessee, in Hardin County. Marker is on Cavalry Road ¾ mile west of Hamburg-Savannah Road, on the right when traveling west. Touch for map. About 100 yards north of Cavalry Road, 40 yards west of Lauman's Brigade tablet, in Shiloh National Military Park. Marker is in this post office area: Shiloh TN 38376, United States of America.
