Inscription.
La Iglesia de San Juan Bautista was dedicated in 1887 and was restored by the New Mexico State Monuments in 1984.

 
Erected by State of New Mexico. (Marker Number 12.)
 
Location. 33° 29.531′ N, 105° 23.164′ W. Marker is in Lincoln, New Mexico, in Lincoln County. Marker is on U.S. 380 at milepost 97.8, on the right when traveling east. Touch for map. Marker is in this post office area: Lincoln NM 88338, United States of America.
