Erected 1936 by New York State Education Department.
 
Location. 44° 42.013′ N, 73° 26.873′ W. Marker is in Plattsburgh, New York, in Clinton County. Marker is on Cumberland Ave. just east of Kent Lane, on the left when traveling north. Touch for map. Marker is in this post office area: Plattsburgh NY 12901, United States of America.
