1. Log Cabin Marker
Inscription. Circa 1834. Discovered when a section of a farmhouse was demolished. It was purchased by the Town & moved to this location in 1987. Before the Town was created, a primitive school was functioning in the cabin.
 
Erected by Town of Forestburgh.
 
Location. 41° 32.471′ N, 74° 44.972′ W. Marker is in Forestburgh, New York, in Sullivan County. Marker is on King Road 0.4 miles from State Route 42 (State Route 42). Touch for map.
