Inscription. This monument is dedicated to the citizens of Madison who have served our nation in the Armed Services since 1975. Their dedication to service in numerous conflicts, campaigns, and operations continues to protect our liberty, freedom and way of life. Let no one ever forget the sacrifice and courage of these patriots.
