1. Woodmore Hotel Marker
Inscription. These large limestone slabs were the steps to the Woodmore Hotel, located on the west site of the square. Moses and Bettie Woodmore owned and operated the hotel in the late 1800ís. It was later operated by their daughter and by their granddaughter until it closed in 1937.
 
Erected by Great-Grandaughter, Marion Casady, Emogene Rhodes, Sarah Tucker, and Betty Jordan.
