Inscription. Here stood the first building of the Spring Hill Baptist Church, founded in a log cabin in this area by the Rev. Daniel White on May 23, 1813.
 
Location. 34° 53.028′ N, 79° 23.322′ W. Marker is in Wagram, North Carolina, in Scotland County.
