Any veteran (or family may submit) with ties to Runnels County is invited to have their name added to the Memorial by sending an email to [email protected] to request the Name Addition form. Additionally, anyone may make a donation to our Memorial Fund by mailing a check to the following address: VFW Post 9196, c/o Veterans Memorial, Rowena, TX 76875. The Memorial Fund helps maintain the memorial and offset costs paid by veterans and families to have names added. All new names are recognized each year at our Memorial Day Ceremony at the Memorial.
