1. Galt Water Tower Marker
Inscription. The original wooden water tower was built here in 1872. This water tower has stood as a beacon since 1936, connecting yesterday, today and tomorrow.
Dedicated as a Galt Historical Landmark
November 11, 1995

 
Erected by Galt Area Historical Society. (Marker Number 1.)
 
Location. 38° 15.165′ N, 121° 18.2′ W. Marker is in Galt, California, in Sacramento County. Marker is on C Street east of 5th Street 6th Street Alley, on the right when traveling east. Touch for map. Marker is in this post office area: Galt CA 95632, United States of America.
