This is the site of
Civil War entrenchments used
in defense of Springfield.

the Drury Academy building.

Location. 37° 13.12′ N, 93° 17.178′ W. Marker is in Springfield, Missouri, in Greene County. Marker is on Drury Lane, on the left when traveling north. Touch for map. Marker and trench remnants are east of Burnham Hall, on the Drury University campus. Marker is at or near this postal address: 900 North Benton Avenue, Springfield MO 65802, United States of America.
