3. Hotel Bristol
This 4 story building was built by an unknown architect in 1908. According to Kaylya Zukofsky, “The Hotel Bristol apparently was the home to Richard Ramirez, better known as the Night Stalker Serial Killer as well as Valerie Solanis, the failed assassin of Andy Warhol who died there in 1983.”
