1795 Peace Treaty
at Greene Ville

Headquarters of the United States Army 1793- 1796
The U.S. Army was here under the command of
the Revolutionary War hero,
Major General Anthony Wayne
*Born Jan. 1, 1745, in chester Co., PA.
*Died Dec. 15, 1976 at Presque Isle (Erie), PA.
*Some of his remains are buried in both places.
