Inscription.  N.Y. Vol. Inf. organized in Delaware County. Mustered into the Union Army Sept. 27, 1862 at Camp Delaware located on the flats below Delhi.
 
Erected 1962 by Delaware County American Legion.
 
Location. 42° 16.666′ N, 74° 54.993′ W. Marker is in Delhi, New York, in Delaware County. Marker is on Main Street (New York State Route 10), on the right when traveling west. Touch for map.
