The bust is of the founder, Federico Garcia Osorno.
This exterior wall and bust are all that remain of the Masaya Boy's School. Augusto C. Sandino was a student of the school in his youth before beginning his first exile in 1921 to Honduras after injuring Dagoberto Rivas.
