Mario Mendez Montenegro
a la Sexta Avenida en las Zonas Uno, Cuatro y Nueve
como reconocimiento a su visión progresista
capacidad y responsabilidad al servicio del
vecindario de este municipio durante
su periodo como alcalde en los años 1946, 47 y 48.

on June 13, 1978, designated Sixth Avenue with the name of Avenue
Mario Méndez Montenegro
in the city’s Zones One, Four and Nine
as a recognition of his progressive vision,

the people of this municipality during
his time as mayor during 1946-1948.
