Inscription. Currently holds Major League Baseball's homerun record of 755. Elected into Major League's Baseball Hall of Fame in 1982. Played 23 years in the major leagues with a lifetime batting average of .305. Lead the Milwaukee Braves to two World Series with a .364 batting average including three homeruns. Born February 5, 1934 Mobile, Alabama Elected 1988
