Historiador y escritor costumbrista nacido en esta ciudad, que bajo el pseudónimo de “Alter” contribuyó al enriquecimiento de la historia local a través de sus obras, siendo las más representativas “Las Calles de Querétaro,” “La Conquista de Querétaro” y “Leyendas y Tradiciones Queretanas.”
Vivió amando entrañablemente a su tierra a la que sirvió sin esperar nada a cambio.
Pueblo y gobierno tributan este homenaje a uno de sus preclaros hijos.

Historian and writer born in this city, under the pseudonym "Alter" he contributed to the enrichment of local history through his works, the most representative being "The Streets of Querétaro," "The Conquest of Querétaro" and "Legends and Traditions of Quéretaro."
He lived in and loved this land which he served without expecting anything in return.
The people and government pay tribute to one of their illustrious sons.
