Don Juan Gonzalez Zarate, Fundador de la Congregacion de Hermanos de Santa Maria de Guadalupe y San Isidro Labrador. e insigne benefactor de esta parroquia de San Juan Bautista en donde tuvo especial atención a los pobres a quienes con ardiente y cordial amor consagro su vida Dios lo llevo a mejor vida el dia 7 de enero de 1946 su memoria bendita será grata y perdurable por los 17 años que velo por esta parroquia. 1929 1946 en el XXV aniversario de su sentida muerte sus discípulos, la familia del extinto y todos sus feligreses le dedican este recuerdo en testimonio de cariño y eterna gratitud esta placa fue develada por el Excmo. Sr. Obispo Diocesano Dr. D. Alfonso Toriz Cobian. Victoria, Gto. 8 de enero de 1971, . English translation:
To the holy memory of Father Juan González Zarate, Founder of the Congregation of the Brothers of Santa Maria de Guadalupe and San Isidro Labrador, and distinguished benefactor of this parish of Saint John the Baptist where he gave special attention to the poor who, with ardent and cordial love, consecrate his life. God took him to a better life on the 7th of January, 1946. His blessed memory will be grateful and enduring for the seventeen years that he dedicated to this parish. 1929 - 1946 On the 25th anniversary of his death his disciples, his family and all his parishioners dedicate this memorial in testimony of their love and eternal gratitude. This plaque was unveiled by the Honorable Diocesan Bishop Dr. Alfonso Toriz Cobian. Victoria, Guanajuto, January 8, 1971 .

This additional marker and bust dedicated to Father Zarate are found in the small park in front of the Catholic Church of Victoria. It reads:
Sr. Cura Pbro. Juan González Zarate Los victorenses reconocemos con gratitud su fecundo apostolado de paz, cultura y progreso. En esta que fue su parroquia de 1929 a 1946. Su trato fue cordial. Fue el padre hermano y amigo del pueblo el duerme en nuestra memoria. 29 de Agosto 2004

5. An additional monument in front of the Catholic Church of Victoria
In front of the church is a monument of a sphere on top of a short column. The column base has inscriptions on four sides, of which this is one example. The inscriptions read:
