Inscription. Here the Tingle Tavern “Sign of the Crossed Keys” (first tavern in Cambridge) was built in 1808. In this tavern the first government of Guernsey County was organized 1810.

Erected by International Order of Odd Fellows Cambridge Lodge No. 301.
