Welcome to Shelburne Museum. . Shelburne Museum's founder Electra Havemeyer Webb (1888-1960) was a pioneering collector of American folk art who established the Museum in 1947 to celebrate, in her words, "the art of everyday people" and to create "an educational project, varied and alive."
