1. Rosenstock Building Marker
Inscription. This building replaces the popular early 20th century Rosenstock’s Department Store. The original three buildings joined by a single front were destroyed by a November 1999 fire. Historic Ellicott Properties, Inc. commissioned Architect Greg Mitchell to design this structure including the balcony iron work, from details of the original building.
