Sgt. Stanley Hoffman
1919 - 1944

For whom this boulevard was named,
paid the supreme sacrifice in the line of duty,
during the invasion of Anzio Beach, Italy.....

This monument is a memorial to all fifty-seven
servicemen, from the Lehighton Area who willingly
gave their lives to serve their nation, to keep
it free for all mankind.... Their devotion to duty
deserves our highest tribute....
