vielleicht hervorgegangen aus der Palastkapelle des spätantiken Praetoriums, im 10. Jahrhundert urkundlich erwähnt, im 12. Jahrhundert Bau einer größeren romanischen Kirche, im 15. Jahrhundert spätgotischer Umbau, 1803 Schließung der Kirche und Nutzung als Tabaklager, 1818 Abbruch.

Wertvolle Ausstattungsstücke (Altarbilder von Stefan Lochner, Dieric Bouts, Derick Bagaert u.a. sowie kostbare Glasmalereien) in den Museen von Köin, München, Frankfurt, Brüssel, New York und Cleveland.

Here stood the parish church of St. Laurenz, which may have been part of the palace chapel of the late antique praetorium. First written mention in the 10th Century; in the 12th Century construction of a larger Romanesque church; late Gothic remodeling in the 15th Century; 1803 closure of the church and use as a tobacco warehouse; 1818 demolition.
